Celebrate our rich history and four decades of organizing grassroots movements with us!
CAAAV: Organizing Asian Communities organizes working class Asian immigrants and youth in New York City neighborhoods on the frontlines of gentrification. Since 1986, we have been building power in communities across the city, organizing South Asian taxi drivers, Filipina domestic workers, Chinese and Bangali tenants, and more to fight for racial, gender, and economic justice. Come enjoy food, dancing, culture, and community as we honor our accomplishments and rally for what's next. Music will be provided by Chinatown Records Project and DJ Rekha.
Please contact jchen@caaav.org if you are interested in sponsoring or donating an item to our silent auction.
We're looking forward to celebrating with you!
